Adding Oscam key

I have been told i need to add a new line in my oscam key file for a new channel on 27.5w which is film4 +1 i have taken a look at the key file and i thing i understand what i need to do but dont know how to find the first 12 digit number from. the rest is the key etc. but where do i get the other number from?????
