Backup your channel lists ect with dbedit or dreamset, and cccam.cfg then its just a case of reflashing and setting up as before.
-
Does that mean redoing lat long,ip etc?
-
Yes mate im afraid so.
-
learn from my mistake and save your config....
u can just copy and paste config.
save it as CCcam.cfg and the tfp it back in if its not there when you put your cam back on.
make sure its in the right place.
etc folderchannel list i use cateyes so i download it again and just change it abit.

You can backup the system settings within the image itself.
"Menu", "Setup", "Software management", "Backup system settings", Press OK.
You can go even further in the software manager "advanced options". -
So a new image flashed will not write over the system settings, therefore all I would have to do is transfer my cccam config and channel list back in or would this back up take care of this as well?
-
It wont backup your cccam.cfg, you will have to save and add that yourself. What it will save will be your channel list, network settings, tuner configuration, display setup and other basic settings.

As clear as mud now Gerry thanks mate
