Mag 250 blank Stream

    Hi,
    I bought a mag 250 yesterday with channels already on there. Unfortunately the streams work in the web browser but not on the box. All there is in a blank preview stream and if you click the video its just a black screen with the channel info occasionally flashing up at the bottom. The server status is showing to be up and fully functional. Video club works fine just the streams don't load
