Please lay out an example of what you are trying to achieve and using what methods so far...

Can you upload your iamge files in Zip rather than RAR so we can use it with mutliboot , which can read zip only!!!!

I'm having trouble restoring it however. I picked up a second hand Solo2 tonight that has BH 2.1.5 on it. My previous box was an Amiko Alien 2 so not to familiar with the ins and outs of the Vu+ boxes.

I have my USB stick formatted as FAT. vuplus folder from your backup copied into the root of the USB stick (nothing else on the stick) but when I cycle the power on the box I do not get a prompt on the box to press the standby button.

Do I need to flash a clean 2.1.7 image first and then restore your backup?

Ok so I got it to read the USB stick. I used the HP tool to format the USB Stick and that did the trick. I wonder however if I had of simply did a full format from within windows rather than a quick one would it have worked...

POST#1 STATES : FTP Password: vuplus
If you are using DCC,,, check the DCC folder and you´ll see DCC.ini, rightmouse it to edit and you can edit it accordingly.
Exit DCC and full reboot the box..
Once restarted try DCC again..

had the same problem with this image i did an online update and hdd mounted first time all running perfact now

It dose not load its a simple as that its not the person loading it that the problem is its the image it dosn not work

I can not load this image never had a problem before loaded many images but this one will not load at all starts to load the stops starts and then stops will not load at all using win rar extraction
Tried it many times will not load the images no problem reloaded the previous image had to but it back on something is wrong with it why will the old one go on no problem but this one will not

Doubt it, I wouldn't try, you may brick your solo.
