I have tried before to install this cable version of autobouquts with the same error results I am getting now.
I have been trying to get this to work on OpenATV 5.1 and my trusty PLI 4.0 but always get the same errors as the image attached.
any one shed any light on the issues I have.

Is DVBsnoop installed?
yes dvbsnoop is installed usr>bin chmod 755. (I take it there is only one version of dvbsnoop)
To be fair I am using a older version ( I don't have any problem with the sat version)
I have tried to install this latest version via telnet from tmp but keep returning no such file. maybe I am inputting the wrong command.
What is the telnet command exactly.

You may need to hex edit your location in the e2 autobouquet cable
in Autobouquets plugin -> usr-lib-enigma2-python-plugins
make sure autobouquets_e2.sh file is executable (chmod 755) then try again
You transfer the ipk to /tmp/ directory
Telnet command is
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
Until you fix it, you can also use AutoBouquetMaker
