    Oscam-emu still supports the regular functions of oscam... If you need help with a cline, look in the oscam section.
    For powervu, look here for instructions. How to Watch PowerVu Channels on Enigma2 with Oscam Emu If you have specific questions, you should post in that thread.

  • Hi - I am running openvix 3.2 build 009 on vudu02. I have installed oscam emu 11034 from the attachment in the first post of this thread - specifically from build_dir_mipsoe20, oscam-1.20-SU-236-EMU-312-721-SB-11034-mipsoe20-komplett-minimal.tar , it is oscam [1,369KB from 04/10/2015]. oscam is available in the softcam manager menu and appears to start but doesn't run. I have checked this in telnet/ps, so there isn't a log and I can't connect to oscam-emu webif on port 8888. I have the oscam conf files set up as per this thread.
    I am wondering if I have done something wrong or perhaps this version of oscam is incorrect for openvix 3.2. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Did you change permissions on the oscam file to 755 then restart enigma2 ?

    I have installed oscam emu 11034 from the attachment in the first post of this thread - specifically from build_dir_mipsoe20, oscam-1.20-SU-236-EMU-312-721-SB-11034-mipsoe20-komplett-minimal.tar

    Just tested it on openvix and get the following error.

    Try the minimal-libcrypto_static version, it`s working..

  • Thanks so much for that, I had tried to run it from telnet but got nothing back, but that was before I had restarted enigma2. Done as you say, and oscam now running. Thanks very much master G.

    As a follow up to the above, I found that both
    oscam-1.20-SU-236-EMU-312-721-SB-11034-mipsoe20-komplett-minimal-libcrypto_static [1,594KB] &
    oscam-1.20-SU-236-EMU-312-721-SB-11034-mipsoe20-komplett-minimal-libcrypto_static-compressed [615KB] worked.

    Would it be ok if I posted the start of the oscam.log to get some help re a specific highlighted error. I believe I have obliterated fields as required.

    Go ahead buddy.

  • Looks like you have multiple keys for srvid 4 in your softcam.key file. If you have more than one, the second should be 10004 and the third 20004 etc.

  • Hi again - I believe I now have a SoftCam.Key file configured for PowerVU, the contents at the moment are for just one set of channels. Everything appears ok [i.e. no obvious errors in oscam.log] but none of the target channels are clearing. I believe I have the rights keys. I attach the oscam.log with certain fields obliterated. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks again.

  • Was wondering if I posed my oscam.log in this format, if it might help identify the cause of the problem I am having. Thankyou.

  • Powervu channels do not just "open" the same as other channels with oscam. You need to look at the instructions closely and use the "stream relay" to view the powervu channels. Probably best to first test with an external viewer (like VLC) on a PC to verify it is working before you try to create the IPTV favorites for enigma2...

    Thanks for the reply. Below is a summary of actions I had taken before I posted the oscam.log above. I 'think' the actions are as detailed in the instructions. I haven't managed to get any powerVU to clear yet but I hope if anyone who has the time to read what I have done, then maybe they could show me where I am going wrong. I include the config files.

    Thanks again.

    1. Running openvix 3.2 build 009 on vudu02

    2. Install oscam oscam-1.20-SU-236-EMU-312-721-SB-11034-mipsoe20-komplett-minimal-libcrypto_static [1,594KB] from post 1 of this thread.

    3. SoftCam.Key - valid keys [I believe] in /etc/tuxbox/config/

    4. OpenWebif

    Download and Save the .m3u file for the current powerVU channel. Edit the hostname to 127.0.0.1 and the port to the stream relay port 17999

    5. Try in VLC i.e open the edited .m3u file -
    Your input can't be opened:
    VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://127:0:0:1:17999/1:0:11:1:9:5A0000:0:0:0:'. Check the log for details.

    6. DreamBoxEdit

    In Bouquet details - IPTV and other streaming services, Add.
    In the resulting IPTV streaming details:-
    Stream Type = DVB/TS
    Service Data/Name = Name of channel
    Service Data/URL = The edited stream link from point 5 [above] as URL
    DVB/TS Data/Service Id = As for the original channel and in decimal [not hex]
    DVB/TS Data/Service Type = 1
    DVB/TS Transponder Id = 11
    DVB/TS Network Id = 22
    DVV/TS Namespace =33
    Save

    7. OpenVix doesnt seem to support "Include ECM in http streams", I couldn't find it in OpenWebif/Settings/Customise.
    Tried adjusting the "ECM fix delay" setting in oscam webif (Config -> Stream Relay).

    8. Try IPTV favourites on vudu02 - select the channel, Stream 127.0.0.1%3a17999 [start of transponder reference] is displayed in bottom left hand corner of favorites screen, OK, black screen.

    9. Try to watch it from channel list, channel infobar shows Protocol: emu Hops:0 ecm: 0.001

    10.Oscam config files as below

    Code
    oscam.user

    [account]
    description                   = dvbapi
    user                          = linuxsatsupport
    group                         = 1,2,3,4,5
    keepalive                     = 1
