the solo se does not have a front display, it does not accept an internal hdd.it does however allow for the different tuner modules, albeit one slot.

the solo2 is the better receiver.

There is some uncertaintity in your descriptio, I hope I have understood what you intend to do correctly. If I have not, please rephrase using teh official channel numbers.

For a few channels, the custom mix process is ideal.

1. The first chanenl number for the 28.2 Sky providers is 101. There is no chanenl 1. You therefore need to create a section to start at 001, I have called it StuartBloom, rename to what you want.
2. You do not need to create bouquets fro the NI provider but you must select it.
3. You will lose the ability to have the first/main bouquet as FTA HD, or HD even though they are in the menus.
4. In this example, I have only added the two chanenls you mentioned. You can add more sections and numbers, provided you do not go over 100 in total.
5. You should use a linux compatible editor such as Notepad++
6. The custom mix file (sample attached) must be placed in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom/

bigdes, the solo4k is not a mips receiver. Are you sure it will install/work on an arm based CPU?

There was a driver change that affected GB units and DVB-C signal. If ABM does not work for you, try Lraizer's AutoBouquets cable.

You really ought to combine your apps.
Layout of Vu+ remote is a lot better than e2 remote.

What is the point having one for DM, one for Vu? Best to decide what button you think the user will use most and mae them not too close. Infrequnt buttons can be on next page.

The splash.bin is separate from image.

You can flash that on its own. As if you were flashing an image. folder structure must be same as when flashing image (without the actual image)

Put them in /etc/enigma2/
They will be used instead of image version, won't be affected by updates either. Same on OpenPLI

Boxbranding was removed from ABM a long time ago

If you are using Lraizer's satellite plugin on an Amiko, make sure you select the SH4 cpu architecture.

Hopefully someone can upload AutoBouquetsMaker for you. It has to be downloaded from an SH4 receiver.

For those for whom it applies ( some routres will grind to a halt, others won't, internet connection to all devices connected to the router. Not just the receiver.

The mg-cfg files that been have linked to have the logging option enabled.

STB will try to connect to 172.16.1.1 This ends up flooding some networks and stopping the internet. Router has to be restarted.

Use the bouquet edior in the image. Next time AB N1 runs, it will make the bouquets as per your saved order. ( This is only available on neutrino version)

For time being, work with oscam on your mips receiver. Once you have it working transfer those configs to the Wetek.

Are you using the same line from your peer on two different devices at the same time? If so, does your peer allow you to do this?

if you can rewrite mgcamd to work on non-mips receivers, it will be possible.

Pretty sure you have an LNB fault.

I am presuiming youu are using AutoBouquetsMaker. AutoBouquets does not give a timeout error. They are two different plugins

Can you check sat/signal finder and see if you get a lock on the TP that ABM uses?

Make sure you have the keepalive line in newcamd.list

Is there a way to backup the kodi installation so that I can restore it after reflashing Pbnigma.

The Pbnigma image is good and I am grateful for the work they do. It is just annoying when E2 updates occasionally and unwittingly break something in the image.
