Menu > Setup
Do you see Softcam Script?
When you enter the softcam script menu, you should see this. None should be selected.
You then use the remote to change it to OSCam_11718-r798
Please forget softcam manager. You are wasting your time and confusing things. As on the other forum, the ipk was built to use the script control method.
Please follow one method at a time.

Unicable is not designed to work in USALS. Your receiver is working correctly.
Unicable LNBs are designed for a satellite pointed at a fixed position and connected to several tuners/receivers. I doubt this is a driver issue.
If you set it as designed, does it work? Italian unicable uses frequencies that are different to other countries. Have you checked that you are selecting the correct frequencies for the LNB?
EPG Refresh is just a channel zapper. Unless you enable the EPG readers, zapping channels won't do anything for you. Surely the image has an EPG settings menu? If so, enable the readers. Please also post screenshots.
FBC Automatic = internal loop through when required. You leave it as FBC automatic, you do not set it as internal loop through, the software will use it when required.
What is at the other end of the wire? Unicable LNB, mult switch, single LNB, diseqc switch with several LNBs?

In essence EPG Refresh is just a channel zapper. You have to activate/select certain channels to absorb the EPG from the satellite, so it fulfils that function.
I am not familiar with Dreambox OS. Do you not have an EPG settings menu where you can enable the various EPG readers?

If so, you have to enable the Freesat reader as well as OpenTV EPG reader ( if the image has it). After you enable them, you have to zap to following channels
Note: Although Freesat EPG is on all transponders, it is at slow speed. The above transponder allows fast absorption.

Which EPG acquisition methods are you using? Please also post a picture of the EPG settings you are using.
Are you interested in just the FTA channels or the encrypted ones too?

I have just completely uninstalled epg importer, done an opkg update, reinstalled latest version.
That won't achieve anything. ATV 7.2 branch is not built anymore, so those "feeds" will not be updated again.
I too do not understand the issue properly.
For somebody to investigate this, the files created by xstreamity/jedimakerxtreme and supplied to EPGImporter to be processed by EPGImporter need to be compared. They are both from the same IPTV provider, so the server should be fine. Hopefully that would explain why EPGImporter processes one file but not the other.
I have asked twice for the files. I cannot rephrase it any differently so cannot assist further.
The issue has been resolved and was working for Captain. Please flash the 18th July 7.3 image. Please start clean/fresh and do not restore settings.
Please refer to my picture for the correct tuner identification for your satellite receiver. You have to configure tuners A1 and A5.

Can you please also attach the two EPG source files that are created. PM if you are not allowed owing to server issues.
If it is working on the file created by XStreamity, maybe Jedimakerxtreme can be adapted to create the same output?
Please leave a comment on the most recent commit so that it can be tweaked to avoid the adverse effect you are experiencing.

To rule out the change being the cause of your issue, please use the previous version of the file that was changed.
My Image it from today too,strange that here isI don´t have this problems,but I will test it onesmore on Multiboot with a clean install of ATV 7.3
The PR was not increased when the commit was done, so if you performed a software update, the plugin may not have been updated on your box. Can you please uninstall then re-install the plugin to double check.
