@jeepcook, the e2m3u2bouquet already exists in feed of most e2-images =) but you don't use it ...why ?

Because the dev is dead for this plugin in oe-a images. Your plugin which has the same name is better it's true

HistoryZap already exists in e2.
Seriously? Remind me if this "feature" is available by default in Open Pli? What about images on DreamOS? I would not argue so categorically that this functionality "already exists in e2"....
We can't seriously compare OpenPli and DreamOs to OE-A based images.
There would be a desire ... everything can be implemented ... if it corresponds to the ideology and functionality of the plugin
This has not a place in e2m3u2b which is there to create bouquets and import corresponding epg (the name is clear m3u2b), not to navigate into lists or epg. HistoryZap already exists in e2. so there's no reason to override it, or just a function to enable/disable this. But it has nothing to do with the plugin.
Previous messages are very too long... but I think there is a total misunderstood. I don't want a new dev, it already exists but currently there are some devs on it to work perfectly with all cases.
My initial message was just to know if the gstplayer parameters could be removed from the .tv file. The answer was no, never, so I will do with that. I always found a solution, and the subservices current devs will work on my configuration even if I have to do a e2m3u2b plugin post script.
The solution is still on test and I'm the tester.
So for my part it's closed. I'm waiting nothing from e2m3u2b plugin dev.
Thanks.

i think jeepcook would like to have "extra bouquet" where will be channels with same name together.
scenario - have 5 providers
Plugin creating bouquets from all 5 providers
All 5 provider have "Discovery Channels"
During wathing "Discovery" from provider No1, stream has stop, but he would like to have access to immediately find all available"Discovery Channels" from other "userbouquets.tv" lists (find other stream Discovery) just with one click button
(lets say "TXT" button)
hope im right
Exactly! That's what I explained, and the screenshot show this.
You're still damn surly... It's difficult to speak with you. You know I help you with bad, good ideas and open issues to optimize your plugin.
Anyway it does not matter, this discussion have the only merit of waking up this thread ![]()
I gave you comprehensive answers to your questions regarding the creation of serviceref records. I gave you more than detailed links to the standards and source codes that I follow . Do you have anything to object to the logic I presented, except - "is not a third party dev but in the enigma2 core dev." ? If not, then I consider it pointless to discuss here the development you are testing that I have not seen. To do this, there is an OpenATV forum where you can and should discuss the new developments of this team in their image
You always consider you are the best développer in the world, others are bad, it's always your style of answer.... You plugin isn't open source so we can't work with you to have or to speak about comptabilities between each other.
The discussion is closed for me. Stay in your so closed world.
What are you saying??
Example, I'm watching TF1, but I have a service problem because of a server problem, I just have to use green button to choose another version of the channel. No need to navigate to another bouquet and to search for a different version of the channel.
Other examples:
- You have 10 versions of Eurosport and want to change from channel 1 to 9, it's easy like these.
- You have a regional channel but want to watch the program for another region
This feature has been around for years but for satellite/cable channels only. See the /usr/share/enigma2/groupedservices file and you'll understand.
When you are on a channel, by pressing green button you can have subservices for this channel if they are configured in a groupedservices file.
A default file is delivered into /usr/share/enigma2. If you want to create your own subservices groups you have to create the file into /etc/enigma2 with group services.
Because IPTV channels are not in lamedb, an update is needed to display channel names in subservices list. Currently channels have to have an epg, but not necessary with the new update.
Here is a screenshot (arbitrary test) for the french channel TF1:
we are working and testing new subservices updates
Before you test and write something, you need to carefully study the standard ... If you pass some sub-url in the url, then you don't have many options =) ... Just read RFC3986 and do as it says
p.s. As a variant of the example - look at how the link to the broadcast on youtube looks like ... programmers at Google do not do "gag"
I think you don't know what is the subservices functionality in enigma2.
Excuse me, but whose logic does the URL fragment "break"? Some kind of "third party" developing? I gave examples of source code in C, where you can see why I did it. Moreover, it is also visible there that any other parameters that do not correspond to gstplayer exteplayer3 are ignored by C-code... Did I give references to the URI standard? Why does the "third party" logic not conform to the standard?
As said before, I've asked the dev about this point. But subservices is not a third party dev but in the enigma2 core dev.
These 5001 channels have the parameters with values found I don't know where.
They are set by default in the code and are not available to be changed by the user.
But they have different values from the one set in serviceapp, there's no logic here I found, because finally these values are arbitrary.
But if you create a channel with default player exteplayer3 and just for few channels gstplayer using reftypeOverride, why are this parameters different from the system parameters? Where are defined in e2m3u2b the value for these channels?
If you use the override.xml logic, then these parameters are not added when changing the player
Parameters are added for channels in a bouquet configured with gstreamer or exteplayer3 and by exception few channels with reftypeOverride="5001". These 5001 channels have the parameters with values found I don't know where.
In fact this parameters broke subservices functionnality when using gstplayer.
Nothing anywhere and does not "break".
It does. I'm currently in touch with the dev (who knows how to stay calm unlike you ;-) ), we are working and testing new subservices updates. I will do a feedback here if there is a problem.
Who told you that "any" name after the colon in the serviceref line is normal? Why and on what basis did you decide this? Because someone once did this for some of his plugins а long time ago, and the rest, who have never read the standard EN 300 468 (Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB); Specification for Service Information (SI) in DVB systems) started repeating like "monkeys"? Because everyone does it? If everyone jumps from the bridge into the river, do you follow them too?
And please stop these ridiculous remarks. Have a cordial language.
No way.
But if you create a channel with default player exteplayer3 and just for few channels gstplayer using reftypeOverride, why are this parameters different from the system parameters? Where are defined in e2m3u2b the value for these channels?
In fact this parameters broke subservices functionnality when using gstplayer.
In your example, where is normally defined the channel name after the ":" at the end of the SERVICE line ?
Other thing, what's this in you example ?#tvg-id=636&catchup-days=5
These are not reader parameters.
How to remove this which is registered at the end of each line in .tv file if a channel is configured to use gstplayer player:
Thanks
Edit: If you want to keep this information, could you please add a space between the end of the url and this comment?
Hello,
Could you please remove this from your postinst code?
This is not necessary and the ipk has to stay available for the automatic installation process. The ipk and all other ipks not available on feeds you want to install automatically when you do a fresh installation have to be in the directory /media/hdd/images/ipk (or usb).
For a reason I still don't understand, during this process, this line delete e2m3u2b ipk but all others too. Perhaps a problem with the PluginName variable.
Thanks
GOOD LUCK!
Like we say in France "Il vaut mieux demander au bon dieu qu'à ses saints", the official team has solved all the problems, no more blackscreens or sound synchronization bugs.
I've compiled the latest packages and they are available on the official thread on the OpenATV forum. I will not post them here.
So now streamlinkproxy is dead for me, I'll not using it anymore.
Here is my "good luck".....
I already open an issue there. But I have to give some details to the dev.
You ??? You are trying to get these details from me for the second day !!! To repost them later in the developers thread... Please - DON'T WASTE MY TIME...
As usually you're saying nonsense.... And you're showing you real face... Hope your behaviour is only yours and the people in your country are not so agressive because in this case you can stay where you are and stop to cry.....
What does this thread have to do with this? There is a section for this - https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink/issues ... there write your "researches"!!!!
And you don’t need to copy-paste the developers’ answers from there, passing them off as your own, as is the case with the Windows version, posting them in this topic thread
What's this remark ?? I posted my own windows log !
I do these tests only to obtain the errors from streamlink to give them to the pluzz plugin dev. Nothing else.

Edit: I will stop using these tools. I have too many problems with them. Just using official streamlinkwrapper when it will be repaired. So I stop to pollute this thread.
OK I understand your answer and thanks for the arrow
. But I have the last version of your devs and only them, nothing else. And I have this error.
We are not in the same situation. The error you have is normal, you have timeouts, it's because you're out of the UE (country_code=UA), and the laws in UE allow providers to block streams in this case.
I do these tests only to obtain the errors from streamlink to give them to the pluzz plugin dev. Nothing else. Yesterday you gave me a code to add to the S99streamlinkproxy script but I have no error. So I'm doing other tests.
I think I will give up and stop to waste my time. After all, I have non official working streams.. But I found streamlink "fun" to have official streams.
