  • 30.0 West Problem.

    Should I be able to receive good reception 30.0 West from my location in the N.E. of England with a 1 Metre dish ?
    I can get BBC Worl News okay SNR = 41% AGC = 80%, but when I try Sport TV 1 It's dark with SNR = 30% AGC = 80%
    Could it be a problem with my Dish or might the LNB need skewing ?

    First of all, I hope I'm posting in the correct section.
    I have been using either the Black ones made by MMCMedia or Littleleo's Black 3D Button Picons....But the thing is they don't cover all satellites.
    Does anyone know of a complete set of Black 100 x 60 picon set for the following satellites...30W, 0.8W, 4.8E, 9E, 10E, 13E, 15.8E, 19.2E, 28.2E.

  • Would This Work ?

    My current network set-up consists of a Belkin F5D7633 Router and a couple of Home Plugs, my VU is networked via a Home Plug, and my son's Eagle is as well, I have a Popcorn Hour that has it's own Network cable running to it, and everything has it's own Static ip address.
    Now......What I was thinking of buying was a NETGEAR FS105 desktop switch and putting it behind the TV.........Hard wiring it with the Network cable from the Popcorn Hour, and then outputting back to the VU, Popcorn Hour, and my newly aquired Apple TV.






    My question is......Would this work ?

  • Port Forward On Belkin F5D7633-4

    Thanks for that Master G, I followed the guide in the link, however It's just the same..."Port 5631 is closed on xx.xxx.xxx.xx." and "Port 5632 is closed on xx.xxx.xxx.xx."
    The only difference with my set up was I had the DHCP Server set to "Off", I did try it "On" as well, but it was just the same.


    Any other ideas ?

  • Port Forward On Belkin F5D7633-4

    I'm after a bit of information regarding Port Forwarding....What I'm trying to do is allow remote access to my router from outside the network if say I'm on holiday....Now the thing is I know Port 80 is a bit of a no go port but when I try any other port it fails to open ?
    However if I open port 80 and type

    on my neighbours PC it allows me to access the router using my router password.........How come all other ports seem closed ? I have tried restarting the router after making the changes but it's just the same, is there anything else I can try ?

  • JSC Card not clearing on 13 East.

    My JSC Card is not clearing in my VU + Duo, It's a Viaccess 4 Card on 13 East using CCcam 2.1.4, I have checked the entitlements and everything looks okay. I even removed my card and connected to another server and that fails to clear, I have just texted a mate who also has JSC Card in another receiver and he says his is not clearing.
    The transponder hasn't changed has it ?

  • Problems With Some Channels on Catseye E2 Settings

    I use an edited version of Catseye E2 settings.....Bear with me.......Everything is fine except on 16.0 East, some of the
    HD channels are missing from the specific bouquet's.....I have used a couple of satellites.xml files and even scoot1690 was good
    enough to edit a satellites.xml file for me, however the problem remains, I have done a rescan on 16 East...But the problem remains.
    See screen dumps below, taken from DreamBoxEdit and Webinterface, these bouquets were populated when I used DreamBoxEdit to upload Catseye's file originally.

    I have just updated my channel list with the latest Catseye E2 Settings File 75 East-58 West 10.12.2011, the thing is 15.8 east is missing but 16.0 east is there but I cant view anything, the bouquet is sort of greyed out.


    Any ideas ?
