    The main problem is that nobody explains how to get: " k1 " and " UHD Package ". (I mean for sky it )

    From the beginning, I personally gave availability of my active local card, no one has ever explained how to obtain everything.

    Ok i didn't know that, it was just i was being told i'm not using oscam but i'm using oscam, that's why i posted the screenshot, but i didn't know it was only for 1 version .

    I didn`t say that at all, and i doubt its a configuration problem, more likely than not its the server. But you won`t know until you look at the log.

    You are dealing with a dodgy server, get used to these sort of things happening and learn how to troubleshoot it.
