I take it that the usb stick in front has the image to reflash on it??
have you got any others or a HDD connected ?? disconnect everything .
unplug and restart without any sticks or HDD connected..
Can you communicate with the box through FTP or telnet??

SORRY a few of them work eg,itv,prem sports, and box nation the others dont work thats probably why you get the error on the mag

yip or the bridge hasn´t updated to latest change of external IP..
my system has been suffering this of late too... still looking into it..
i would say a restart of router and then ultimo will sort this...works for me..
This sounds similar to a previous problem you had tooth bud..
Check DCC to search for the ultimo IP. then in menu/setup/system check the IP and nameserver
( this will be the same if you look inside router configuration)
Make sure DHCP is off when restarting...

check in plugins/cooltvguide and see if there´s an option to option "NO on autoupdate"
The version I am currently using is v6.1.0 which doesn´t have such option but don´t suffer that "nag" either..

so look in var/etc/tuxbox/config for E1 boxes where you have your oscam server
