Ah I didn't enquirer what box he had,thanks cazuela for putting me right.
I´m not sure either tooth bud,,its in the 8140 HD section, but I imagine most are similar,,just like other STBs..
so I would think your method would be of grteat help too ;)

This is as close as I can find about adding transponder on an amiko,,,but not a single channel as you ask..

Most images will work in a multiboot plugin like meoboot, the only image i had trouble with was BlackHole.. Openvix will work in meoboot but it is unsupported.. If BlackHole was installed in flash then i could use most images via meoboot...
it only takes a few minutes to find out if images are compatible in meoboot once you have the usb stick prepared..
Funny that as my experience was the opposite....
I have never had problems with BH in meoboot..but have had with ,aaf,vix and vti...
Saying that I prefer to use the "universes" in BH as I don´t use vix... -

No need to erase previous image before reflashing as the fresh flash will do that anyway....

Can´t see the reason you would want to limit the arc movement.
This is probably why you can´t find any other info on it..
However you could limit simply by not searching for any other sat positions beyond 12ºWest..
eliminate all sat postiions in dreambox edit or dreamset..
BTW. BH images are up to 2.1.0 now buddy,might be a good idea to upgrade to enjoy the latest drivers etc.. -

DO NOT INSTALL ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAN FOR 120 or you will more than likely brick it..
When looking I couldn´t find any more recent patch..
updating will be similar if not the same process as flashing with original soft...
reading other users´ experience is a good guide..
