These channels are edited in lamedb.
If you edit, modify each line , save, ftp back to etc/enigma2 .
restart box. channels should open either from sat list or bouquets ( it´s the same list).

From what I can gather you just copied and pasted the block at the end of the list.
This is not how it is changed....
open lamedb with notepad++->search for this line :

it will show you where BBC news is within the list.
This is where you edit and change for working line.
you need to follow this procedure until you have the list modified.
save and ftp back over.
Also remember up to date keys are essential { although you are the man for that ,after all !!}

Another alternative for BBC/ITV/ch4/ch5 is on intelsat 907 which seems to beam over Bulgaria.
I use this sat as I am outside freesat footprint..( Spain)
I use a vu+ enigma2 box with oscamymod cam and softkeys by sergoja..
internet is not needed
I also checked here Astra channel availability although it doesnt mention which size dish is needed.

Presuming you´ve got the two tuners setup with their own cable to multi-LNB , there shouldnt be any crashes...

There´s no support for vu+ clone here, sorry.

which box are you trying it on?
give us more detail, what you have tried ,etc..
With this info we can then place this thread in its relevant section

there some configuration for the cccam cfg 221 per card tvsat
so that it reads the cart in the card slot

not sure about dreambox e2, but in CCcam.cfg it should either look like this:

SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY: /dev/sci0 6800000
SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN: /dev/sci0

or

SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY: /dev/sci1 6800000
SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN: /dev/sci1

to activate the line you eliminate the hashtag # before the line
