so leave the dish on an FTA channel/sat then disconnect duo2 and connect the 820 see if you can view same FTA channel,,
if not ,then either dodgy tuner fitting on the motherboard or somewhere in settings... -
from the pic , I would check the extra motor options ..
If you can view any channel
then you know the connection between the 820 to the lnb via the motor is working
but maybe not enough power to move it.. -
I am still using BlackHole 2.1.7 Vu+ Solo2 Full Backup image by mckee25 and it`s ok.
Has mckee25 stopped supporting Solo2?No bud,,, I wouldn´t think so,,I would imagine he´s very busy with little time for backups, just like the rest of us, that´s all....

I´ve only ever seen this happen on the 27.5w uk channels trying to decode the channel..
can´t see the connection with epg.. -

It wont link hence the 10057 because of incorrect user/password...if youve used DCC then look in the DCC folder file dcc.ini and check ip,user and password last used to connect

Id say its your rs232 - usb cable.... If its an old clone forget the laptop,get a null modem cable and find a neighbour/friend/shop,etc to flash a fresh image on..

As below/above but not sure if it helps or hinders your work having to filter out nonshareable,etc...
When it´s so easy to remove/add to bouquets/platforms ... for example : mtv / movistar channels on 19.2ºE,etc ,
But I´ve been trying to correct the marriage between emu/keys /channels on 27.5ºW in which I had success last year on the UNO but not on the duo2...
