Try manually installing it :
Quoteunzip the folder, and FTP to your receiver in
usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions
restart enigma

cardsharing is illegal in most countries so the best option is to buy a subscription card to whichever platform you wish to view,,whether it be football or not..

user interface : yes
use dhcp : no
IP address: it should have an internal ip similar to : 192.168.1.150 for example....
netmask : 255.255.255.0
use a gateway : yes
gateway: 192.168.1.1 this is your router
primary dns : whatever comes up
secondary dns : whatever comes up with a difference of 1 digit number to primary dns
you set all this... then save then full reboot..
there is usually a RUN TEST on most decent images
btw ,, all this is well documented in vu+ tutorials section in a number of threads....
reading and testing is the way forward ;) -
It does sound like a network problem,router ,,
Go through the steps with network manager/(wizard)
assign one IP for the duo that is not used by any other peripheral in your network
then DHCP: NO...
remember ,,every time you make a change of something to test ,do a full reboot to make sure ....
other than that ,,,if all else fails ,,
try a duo backup, which, if a team backup is chosen has been carefully setup and easy to follow guide and support on here.
I think there is a very nice recently made backup by Musogeek -
isn't working on my VU+ Solo with Black Hole 1.6.5, getting green screen that box is crashed and needs restarting.

Works on my vu+uno with open vix back up image but can't stop it have reboot the box
on R.C. press the STOP button then press exit and it will take you back to last viewed tv channel.
This has also happened to me in other similar plugins.. so try it and report back please. -

you need the box to be able to extract the neccessary dump files..
so I´m afraid if you do not have the box in your possession ,
then you obviously cannot extract the dump files,
even if you knew how to... -
try changing the resolution of the TV image from the TV menu..
if left in automatic this usually happens as it goes to "wide" depending on the channel..
Another thing , you haven´t mentioned which epg centre you are using ,
¿ the image default? ¿ crossepg + cooltvguide??
In fact as TEN BELOW has pointed out you haven´t mentioned which image or version you are using..
or the TV model..

look for crossepg_rytec_update.py

make sure you have these lines in order..
otherwise download and install latest crossepg..
you know how to do that by just reading your own post -
there is support and firmware about i got the s3000 as a cheap box when i loaded firmware got freeserve for 13e and 19e some channels do breakup. so i guess the s3500 will allso get free sever with latest firmware.
There is NO SUCH THING AS A FREESERVER !!!
MAYBE ASK THE OWNER OF THE SERVER FOR PERMISSION BEFORE USING IT !!!!
