in BH you have all fav bouquets on blue button..
although you might try to "list all channels in a 5ly lke way" ,,the number order will not change..
You can however edit/delete/add using dreamset or dreamboxedit channel lists but just not renumber them as far as I have read..

you can only have the cline in one place ,so make sure it is hashed# out from other places,stbs,etc...
did you activate CCcam ?? as masater G has already pointed out :
Press Blue button and select CCcam v2.3.0 as default softcam, press OK to restart
to make sure CCcam is running..
although I dont understand ,,you are using a backup image which already has everything preconfigured then you start changing emulator???
all that was needed was to insert your line(s) update the channel setings and enjoy!!

I have never had one bit of bother from BH nor VIX nor any of the other images,,
bearing in mind that the majority of errors are usually human commited..

it has to be down to a corrupt file somewhere along the installing..
try another image as suggested... even a backup + see if it causes the same..
flashing only takes less then 10 mins so no probs to try out othes without losing any sleep..
remember to backup all your own personal stuff ,configs ,etc first

if you want to get a rough aproximation of 5ly numbers ,then try sgtflipflop settings,,
Although my favourties are catseye and find everything very easily at hand in fav bouquets ;)

you can maintain the usb penstick as it is,,,
for swap manager in BH image you can either go blue-blue and you will see it there ,set it to 256 max..
or through TS panel in tools to do the same..
To be honest I have only ever had such probs as you describe when I changed to other images and didnt realise that most other images automatically recognise it..
in BH , I´ve never had any probs... so I would suggest to make a full backup copy of your image,config files and reflash the box ,
as it sounds like somewhere along the lines the image became corrupt...
if you are still not happy with the result then do as suggested, try another image...
