¿ did you make a full reboot of the box??
an alternative wpould be to try FTP this IPK into /tmp folder then green yellow top manually install iPK
after installing this the box will/should reboot itself..
let us know how you get on.. -

you are using all the terminology of a possible payserver.
you are also asking for information that only a payserver would benefit from.
¿ Can you please clarify what exactly you mean by "clients" and why would you not want a box owner to be able to access it?? -
NO , I don´t think its a dumb question.
its not that nobody can be "bothered" to respond to,it´s more than likely because few users have this stb and have not been on or have not read and therefore not responded.
take your example....: you are registered since April yet have only posted 14 times,2 which are accounted for here in this thread...
so continue to find the fault yourself while you wait and see if anyone with knowledge of this stb can help you. -

any trees, or any other obstacle that might be moving in front of the dish alignment?
this would result in temporary picture loss.
as far as epg loss,, you simply enter a manual download....depending on what ever setup you have programmed . -
