This suggests you are getting it from another server....
please be very clear about the rules before you fall into a predicament.

Impossible to update from image 2.xx to 3.xx you need to start fresh via USB.
make sure you have a backup copy of your own personal settings first.
Obviously the more recent images have improvements that might not be noticed by the end user
but will make a difference to the inner functions and compatiblities of plugins,etc... -

Which platform on astra 19.2º are you trying to recieve?
I use channel C+ PORTADA for movistar ( Spain) platform, it takes about 3 minutes or less. -

thank u but i cant install addon mediaportal they say is ok reboot it and then i have no mediaportal under extension
I would just reflash the DUO2 again..it will be quicker in the long run..
See if it works this time for you, then update mediaportal from the addon itself.. -
FTP to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions and delete the mediaportal folder.
full restart the box before you reinstall again..
You could also telnet :Coderm -f -r /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MediaPortal

No bud, it´s not the FULL KODI that you´ll find on android/pc/mac boxes...
It´s a modded version so when you go into addons/repositories you´ll notice the recommendation of using ( E2 compatible addons)
you could try others but remembering that everything you try to get to work is at your own risk so it´s your choice/responsibility.. -
