I would understand that message that the addon server is down for whatever reason( maintanence,ip change,etc)
try updating or reinstalling same version again.. -

I have never seen nor tried navix in any E2 image,,, remember this is a modified version of KODI not the full KODI hence the name: kodiDIREKT..
however go into KODIDIRECT- settings- downloads-( it´s always best to install e2 kodidirekt repos rather than native kodi repos)

for the sake of a few bob get yourself a Technomate TM-2600 M2 Super DiSEqC 1.2 & 1.3 Motor..
It has survived many coastal wintery storms holding a 120cms dish using same cable aas before and not a whinge out of it... -
Change the batteries in the remote control.....Especially if you see the red warning light on the R.C flashing when you press..
Another thing is distance between the R.C and the receiver.. -

Presuming you have an up to date sat.xml on both boxes,,,
Check in tuner config if you have LNB enabled which would lead me to try another LNB and all connections from LNB to box.. -

it does work bud ,,,I found best /quickest channel to receive emms is mtv music 24..
If box is full restarted on this channel the requests are immediate.. -
