ecms/emms do NOT come from clients ,,they come from servers..hence the Cline you recieve should be like this:
C: peerhost port user pass YES { 0:0:2 }
But it is crucial that the peer permits this ..... typically a peer would add to their server F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 }
,, unless you ask them to do otherwise...
check your lines....

have a look at my example: Digital + on Astra 1KR at 19.2?E - LyngSat ,for example ,then I find the SID of the channel I want to filter ,
then convert/calculate with one like this: calculator.com - Online Scientific Calculator the SID into HEX to get the value for your filterline,,,,
for example: F: user pass 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 }{ 100:4106:76cc }
4106 is a spanish providor and 76cc is the hex value for the SID of channel Tele DePorte
in frequencies you?ll see SID 30412 which converts into 76cc.
NOTE: filters are generally for blocking certain channels that are freely available to peers within the national boundaries with DVBT signal; teledeporte is FTA on TDT Spain but obviously not if you live outside the national boundaries. I suggest you take this into account when you filter your peers lines ... my fav channel is FTA in Ireland but not in Spain ;) caz

or if its to

Dm800s have a peer limit of @50 and CCcam resolves who is the fastest /needed/lowest ping and sometimes "sacrifices" some other peers for want of a better word... although as you say your updater is working ?where do you have it? in the box? the router? the pc??
It doesn?t neccesarily mean that the box is getting the "refreshing" it needs..

4, YOU COULD CHANGE THE 3 BUT BEFORE SO, TRY CHANGING THE ONE BESIDE THE LIGHTS WHICH IS 470mf 10V .
A 470mf 16v CAN BE USED NO PROBLEM AS LONG AS IT IS THE SAME mf.
IF THE VOLTAGE IS MORE AND THE SIZE FITS IN THE HOLE,THERE SHOULDN?T BE ANY PROBLEMS EITHER.

I imagine that you need to go to subservices -click on subtitles and then option deactivate.
I just read it in the 800 manual..
I dont have the 800 so maybe someone who has can guide you better....

exactly ,,ping times can vary if there are other networked pc?s , videoconsoles, etc , all using the same line..
also the distance from the central..
this is one of the main reasons I?m changing my adsl providor in the coming weeks to one using fibre optic cable ;)

you can see that the "redline" is all I haver changed.
The name can be called whatever you like, so from now on,when I press blue button for addons,,instead of going to gemini ,I go to addon_emus and find everything I need there...

reading around -it seems that you need to install the boot 70 as some dont recognise boot 72..

although you havent mentioned what image you are using ,
try these steps:.- install image Dream Elite BH 1.2.4 OE1.6 DM800 (original)
2.- without turning off the reciever, install ssl for bl70 (this apparently is essential)
3.- restart the dm
4.- everything should start up as normal.
TEN has a dm800. maybe he can help you better ;)
