if you are scanning 28.2ºe then as long as you are on that sat it should just scan not move..
likewise for 19.2º, 13º,etc.....
Although an easier way round this would be to install a ready made settings list then edit accordingly using dreambox edit or dreamset.
then upload back to the box..

Yo tengo un wetek por ahi recogiendo polvo....
en su dia puse openelec en una SD de 8gbs.
instalé oscam pero solo como cliente dentro de mi red de casa.
Aun no he visto el uso de CCcam menos en las imagenes e2 para wetek..
Hay videos y tutoriales de sobra en este mismo foro a pesar de estar en inglés, son bastante faciles de seguir..

I know you have also checked IP of the box but have you got dhcp working on it ??
It just might be changing ip, hence not connecting and fulfilling the command

I would suggest you check out previous threads asking the same/similar and also check out popular image backups..
it might help a little..

maybe a new fresh dns host will kill all uninvited incoming requests..
if it´s a small group share then you wouldnt have much problem getting them to change to your new host.

I reckon you´d be better going oscam alone or +CCcam

taking a guess I´d say its down to the image version you are trying as I´ve never come across that before
imcluding openpli images 4 and 5...
and as you stated that you hadn´t with other images either...

I can confirm that FILMON works perfectly in Spain, as I mentioned previously outside sat footprint...
I had some issues with the Irish channels on modbro but from the server itself, nothing to do with the mars box...
showbox auto updates which is quite as handy as most KODI repos..

showbox and modbro came within the image already on the box as far as I remember ,..
within kodi/navix there is an abundance of livestreams including user hifi2005 aka hifi2007 streams..
I too noticed that kodi is faster and more stable than on wetek/openelec
For expats outside the sat footprint, filmon apk is also very handy
an alternative to google playstore is aptoide
