    what image version are you using bud?
    which epg providers are you trying?
    How have you got crossepg set up ?
    Ive just tested on duo2 BH image with no problem on opentv.

    if he´s using BH image then parental control for certain channels is possible.
    In CCcam he can either use GLOBAL LIMITS adding ignore to all sids
    or..
    unrar and ADD THIS Prio file to his image in /ETC which is where his CCcam.cfg is.....
    if you want to allow any of the SIDS the nchange the I: (ignore) for a P:(priority)
    I have compiled it to ignore all up to date adult content sids(channels)
    remember to reboot the box,
    Forgot to add that for this to work you need to add this line in the CCcam.cfg :

    Code
    CAID PRIO FILE : etc/CCcam.prio

    On BH images you can blue-blue- usb format wizard.
    then map in devices manager
    As far as I recall this is what I´ve used in the past...
    Usually to ext 3 so I can maintain image/plugins one side and media/usb on other..

    Not that I would consider myself an advanced user, but I know my way around this box and yes it has its faults

    The problems you are encountering seem to be very rare and unique.
    I mention this because I haven´t read anywhere of such serious problems.
    As I wrote, yes, there are problems, but that´s usually down to user error not the machine.( like most machines)
    Not for one minute suggesting this is true in your case but to be considered..
    In fact I only recall of one particular user who, with hardware problems, contacted VVetek and was sorted within days..
    By the way I too would like to try out an E2 image on it( if I ever get the time) but only for experimental pruposes...
    The only advantage I can see using E2 would be to use it as a server¿?
    Surely it must be still under guarantee? then return it to the seller..

  • Movie channels

    There are many threads/posts about recent changes... use the searchbar top right
    if you reloaded your own list , it might have overwritten the newly scanned list..

    Have you tried what I previously suggested???
    Seems it´s a negative response from the server itself could be down at the moment.

    I have added 2 other more recent( yesterday/today) setting alternatives on our Addons panel ..
    It would sort you out until Catseye updates his..

    better off tweaking the dish signal..or changing the LNB and/or dish..
    you would only benefit from the booster if there was a lot of cable between the dish and box...
    Where is your mates location¿ outside UK?
