Sounds like a clone if it works fine with bh202 and not after..to eliminate the possibility,, try a recent vix or vti or any other image...
a good idea would be to state your stb + image in your signature...
i can confirm the above working, at least for me. and it is actually pretty good image.

yes , it can be a right pain when you are trying out plugins, a new image on, in my case an UNO, and the duo2 changes in the middle of a match....

try another sat.xml file ...or if you can manually edit ,check it against kingofsat freqs, audio, pid, etc..
this is presuming you are using local card..
check your snr + ber on dish on that frequency.....

setting up a pc will give you more stability as opposed to the dm500s which will probably need rebooting at least once every 24 hours...
Haven´t heard of the type of setup before ,,
you can configure a cline to pass on emms to another card but not sure without a first card in dm500 as you need the card to recieve the emms to pass on...

why not just setup the card in the dm500 ???
