Not familiar with the technomate so cant speak from experience but I do have the edision osmini ,osmega and formuler f1 which all work fine the osmega being the superior receiver.

The osmega has three sat tuners and also a cable or terrestial tuner. The third sat tuner and cable/terrestial tuner automatically switch to whichever source is needed. Osmega also can have internal hdd and is well supported ,decent fast box. Iptv is probably best on one of the arm processor receivers like the mutant hd51 but the you need to learn oscam as I think that is the only cam that works with the arm processors

None so far have tried different images open atv/ pli / vix and so far no issues with either the mini or formuler 1. Remote control for formuler f1 looks a bit like some of the openbox models but functios well, I had to tape over the end of it as it was powerful enough to interfere with my Osmega in the next room. The osmini is upstairs so is unaffected

I would happily recommend the edision os mini and throw another in the mix, the Formuler F1 also available from site sponsor for £79 and you can add a third cable/terrestial tuner for extra £10. I got mine a week ago and can't fault it so far.

Openpli 6 you now need to change user level from normal to expert then go to menu - setup - system - AV setting - skin selection to change the skin.
( edited to say this seems to have changed as just installed latest pli 6 on one of my receivers and cannot get any skin to install )

Press blue, go down to softcam , go right to softcam panel , press ok ,then highlight Select cam and press left or right until you see oscam then press green to restart oscam

A user called ricardopvz did a patched version of the wetek 3.1 version to allow ftp connections etc and also a version of ATV rom for the play2 which allows connection. They are available on the official Wetek forum but would invalidate warranty and there is always the chance of bricking your Wetek when flashing it.

I thought wetek had removed the ability to telnet/ ftp to the Play 2 a while back.

Using jenseneverset 14 day source for epg importer posted yesterday on this forum. It performs far better than the version in official feeds from openatv 6.1. Only property show, Ait intl , Quest red +1 and Ben have no epg. Also using autobouquets maker 2.8+git336 if that has a bearing
After running second time now only property show is missing

Press menu/softcampanel/ scroll left or right and select your cam then green to start. You can also choose which method of starting from menu/softcam-panel set up and choose from python camstarter or init d. I use python and make sure frozen cam check is off.

I have these two in picture. I know one definitely works, unsure of other If you pm me your address I will post to you. Wont be near post office till monday so can send them then. Don't want anything for them as having ditched the weteks these are of no use to me.

For wetek play 1 last version of android originally posted by Masterchief on the Wetek forum in june 2016 was wetek os 1.18. This was meant to fix dual boot issues with wetek os 1.17, it worked for some not for others, and disappeared from downloads until it reappeared on the forum in december 2016 . Apparently no further updates on android side is possible as the Wetek play 1 can not run android 6 or later.

I won't be much use to you regarding your set up jo_r, when I used to use my wetek play it was to receive from my ubuntu server with my sky card inserted so am only familiar with that set up. However if you were to post in the section for Oscam on this forum explaining your set up and what you are attempting to do one of the resident geniuses should be able to help. MasterG helped me get my server etc set up properly after weeks of beating my head against a wall. The only thing you won't get help with on this forum is anything involving connecting to dodgy pay servers etc.
