It's a unique image which has it all, more than any other image, I would argue but of course - I'm biased...

So I don't deal with Oscam for CAID 1841 because I don't know this provider. Also in the past, someone wrote that he also had problems freezing on some CAID 1841 channels. Perhaps it would be a good idea to try Doscam client or Mgcamd client instead of Oscam. Well, unfortunately, I'm not going to advise you more.

The version posted above has the EMU patch included. It has been tested by many without issue, not sure why this has produced a loop.
I removed it same issue, performing a flash now very odd.

Keep your oscam configs as basic as possible, with minimal values, that way you can rule out a mis-configuration with oscam.
Check the oscam live log in the web-interface for errors while viewing any channels that are freezing.
If you have any of these values on the [reader] remove them to see if it helps:

well those missing channels appeared to come back on their own.
however, i'm now getting EPG data that doesn't match what is actually on.
for example, currently Dave HD has Live at the apollo on, but the EPG says it's Have I got News For you.

these are my settings, i clear current epg before downloading new files.... BUT a full reboot is also required if changes are made to service ref and that dose happen at least once a week.
dave epg seems okay for me right now (mistakes do happen, i explained that somewhere further up this thread)
I think over writing seems to be an issue, especially with asian cable channels the data on most of them have been wrong. Im downloading your latest xml now and deleting my old epg data will see how it goes.
i will try clear current epg as suggested.
