    This is what a good server on the other side and client (me) log looks like - all described and files given by me (look for PV sticky thread by me...)...

  • Configuration problem DiseqC 8/1 Satmatrix EMS 81

    I had 8in1 DiSEqC switch (Max-something), which HAD DiSEqC 1.1 protocol and these settings worked.... Exactly as described:


    Configure Tuner -> "advanced" for 16 LNBs via DiSEqC 1.1 protocol & 16in1 switch.
    Then, one changes only the following parameters:
    LNB [1 -> 16]
    DiSEqC mode [1.1]
    Fast DiSEqC [yes]
    Command order [uncommitted, committed, toneburst]
    Uncommitted DiSEqC command [Input 1 -> 16, the same as above, your LNB numbers, as you chose above].

    But is yours covering DiSEqC 1.1?

    If not, it's because of this fact that it doesn't work with the above settings... Buy cheap Centauri 8in1 or 17in1 and enjoy....

    Do you have FFMpeg installed (correctly)?


    You could install Service App from System Plugins and set up the Exteplayer3 as a default player...


    You can re-install E2iPlayer but apparently it's better to install E2iStream from Extensions...

    0) Different versions of OSCam use different folders for settings files.


    1) Best use CacheEX OSCam - both on the provider side and in your box.


    2) What to change in settings is above.


    3) Your peer (server/card reader) has to have the same important settings.


    Tested! Working well!

  • News regarding PurE2 - updates, problems and so on...

    Never used it. Not ours. So, probably better to write to the author of the plugin.


    I use internal player for playback - it's really decent. Simply press PVR or FILE LIST or some such button on your RCU.


    One can also use E2iStream/E2iPlayer for playback.


    When/if Kodi works, that is a very good option, too - if your box can handle it...


    To get film info use iMDB-FNC plugin (the best).


    Btw, we do not have your box, so...
