I have installed oscam using setup file and it's a older version how do i update this to the latest oscam version

i'm new to this stuff and i can't really figure out how do i setup user in oscam
I got the reshare link and added it to the reader section
and it's connected without issue
But i need to know how do i add user now
i already created NOIP account and install no ip client in my pc
but i don't know how do i configure this :( any help would be appreciate -

i saw box id can be generated by using serial number of boxplease

Before you get ahead of yourself post which card you have in your other thread => Smargo Server Setup Guide For NOOB
I`ve seen it via pm, but i`m not so sure if it can be used in oscam.. Just because a pay server has it working doesn`t mean its open to the public.
Hopefully other members can confirm whether its working or not.

i unzip it and i don't know where to put this file i just copied to my oscam folder
Look at first post > follow the procedure from 3) File is in .zip format
I extract the file using winrar to C:oscam folder
then double click the oscam.exe

how do i setup this file :(Unzip it with something like 7zip
i unzip it and i don't know where to put this file i just copied to my oscam folder :)

Get a cheap mini pc from that auction site and a couple smargo or omnikey readers and away you go, I did it for less that than £50

1. Sure, an old, low spec laptop or pc, with a linux operating system like ubuntu or debian is all thats needed.
2. Setup depends on the card, equipment, operating system used. Once we know this we can direct you to whats needed.
Oscam-emu is a patch which can be applied to the oscam source code to give oscam some extra functionality. Download a softcam.key file, open it with notepad++, this should give you an idea what the extras are.
3. A minimum of 1-2 mb connection will be fine for a few clients. Though the more bandwidth you use the less stable the connection may be for clients.
