do you have a link to WOS mate where I can upload them?
I think rule 4 stops him from doing that on here!:sheep: - when you boot ViX it has the url of the site you need on the bootlogo.

if you look in /etc/enigma2/settings - towards the bottom there are some autobouquetsmaker entries - according to some information I found, you should have a line in there that says
without this, it defaults to daily updates.
If the entry is not there;
In telnet, log on to your receiver and do
then edit or add this line to above (config.autobouquetsmaker.repeattype=weekly) in /etc/enigma2/settings - it should go under the line that reads 'config.autobouquetsmaker.scheduletime='
then save the file, and then in telnet
I just tried this and this now shows as weekly in my autobouquetsmaker configs
If this doesn't work then you probably need to wait for an answer from a member of the ViX team.
This is your second post and no introduction post yet. To get help an intro post is reqested here Introductions
Once you have done that - we will need a bit more information such as your full oscam.user server and config files hashing out any sensitive information
kikan I have never tried the smargo - I once had the triple card reader, I couldn't get it to work in oscam only CCcam so I would stay away from it. It is cheaper to get a powered USB hub and 3 omnikey readers. I would always suggest omnikey for an oscam server as these are easy to get going. I cannot comment on djkage's script as I have never used it.
The rest of your question relates to a server on Vu+ Duo so you need to post it in the relevant cardsharing support section so someone who is familiar with that provider will be able to help.
I prefer daily updates because it is so quick and things change very often - try the following;
Disable updates altogethor - then reboot the receiver - then change to weekly, then reboot again.
Not sure it will work, but this is probably what I would try at first before looking at messing with config files etc.
Try turning on the option "force load on boot" in CrossEPG settings - this option should (as it is on most images apart from the one built in to ViX for some reason) be available in the GUI - if not then look here

I'm using cross epg
If you are using rytec - which gets the EPG from online sources - try setting it to use the on-air opentv 28.2e updates instead - rytec doesn't provide full 7 days as far as I am aware.
how are you getting your epg? CrossEPG (rytec or opentv?), BH epg etc?
You can put the files anywhere you want, so long as you direct the Duo to find them! - you can put them on a shared drive, USB drive, a created folder on the internal HDD - I used to use media player plugin when I was running this image. On vix you can go to your recordings, and then change the location of the current folder, so you can browse for your files. Not sure if you can do it this way on BH, but if not, just go to your plugin feeds and download media player. Don't expect every file to work, it depends on the codec and whether they are supported.
Sorry azoi69 we offer support for people who use payservers on the site also can you please introduce yourself here Introductions thanks
I think you meant we don't:laugh:
also please read the rules - always a good idea
Rules
It does state an intro is required, and it also states we will not help you if you are using a payserver

first post should be here

English language for the benefit of all please.
You cannot prevent someone resharing what you give them. If they are your friend as you say, then you should trust them... You can monitor usage and if it is high this could be a pointer. If you use oscam as a server, you can use anticascading to monitor and restrict high users. If your friends are using oscam they can ignore any restrictions you place.
Your server is showing your nline from your local oscam has a reshare level of 7. You control the amount of hops/reshares you give to your peers in the flines you create as per the guide, but I said, the reshare restrictions can be ignored by your clients if they so wish
Then change 0:0:1 into 0:0:2 or 0:0:3 for example... ;)
We appreciate any help given but we also appreciate an introductionbeer10

post your oscam.server and oscam.user configs here as well - by the way why do you need 2 0963 cards in one server? You have no clients you say, so if it is working - ie - clearing channels, then you don't need to waste time lowering it. Different services may return different response times.
To keep things simple, update your card using the same method you always use, forget about oscam ecm whitelists, and just add this to your card reader entry in oscam.server
which will block out all emms - I have never used the relatively new oscam.whitelist file. Unless it has changed, then there are only 2 hex lengths you need to add if you want to use the ecmwhitelist flag again in your card entry in oscam.server
If JSC are switching off cards, it will only be if they suspect it is on a cardsharing server, so the safest way is not to share the card, and if you do, be particular with who you share with.
Since JSC sports started broadcasting 3PM premiership matches, the +5 to +8 channels went to 26e and 7w - and the footprint on the satellites they are coming from will make it very difficult for these channels to be picked up by anyone in the UK, so if people are getting these channels in the UK then it is most probably from an internet stream.
You don't need a separate 7.3w and 7w
The Duo has to be the most stable receiver I have ever had. The only issue I ever had with it is occasionally it stuck on starting during a full restart. Not sure what caused that - possible the bootloader was corrupted because if I remember I reflashed it and it improved.
just found this
