There are a few things you could do - If you have got a Vu+ Duo why not use the ViX image - which has a build in EPG similar to crossepg. This is pretty quick to load. You also have the option here of Infobar EPG, which allows you to browse the EPG while seeing most of the picture (it only takes up the same space as the infobar) - or a non graphical EPG.

Now if you want to stick with Cool TV Guide on whatever image you are using - then go in to the settings and change the options, best to configure it so it allows you to select bouquet at launch, and if you have a big bouquet - then break it down in to smaller ones to allow it to load quicker. You can change the skin, and configure how many lines display at a time etc - it is fairly configurable. Also, if you have your picons stored to a HDD rather than flash or USB pen drive, then it might be slowing it down while the HDD is waking from sleep.

Have a look at the various EPG types in Cool TV Guide - you can configure it to launch into the one you like depending on key pressed - again in the settings

somewhere in your router settings there will be somewhere to change the wifi channel - It will probably be on auto, and you need to change it to a channel that no neighbours are on. The settings in your router to change this will be something like wireless configuration - and under channel selection or again something along them lines.

stu you managed to "find a c-line" - just so you are not barking up the wrong tree here, If you found a c-line on the internet and it was advertised as a free cline or a test line, or if you had to pay someone for it, then don't expect it to work or if it does, then don't expect it to work for long. Refer to the forum rules as well. You either need a friend who is willing to help you out, and you should look in the cardsharing sections of this forum. The best way to get the channels you want is to buy a subscription card of some description, and then start reading!

    Good Luck...

If you are on wireless, and it has only started to go wrong, there could be an issue with the wireless channel, causing interference and packet loss. There are some free apps you can use to analyse the wireless channels your neighbours use, so then you could go in to your router and choose a channel that none of your neighbours are using. This may or may not improve things - depends if this is the issue - but best to rule it out!

I use metageek inSSIDer - it is a free app.

Please read the rules - there is a little matter of an intro post which you haven't done yet!

Try this - when viewing a channel - press the down arrow on your remote - then press the green button "satellites" - then pick 28.2E services - then look at the channels here. This will contain channels that might not be on your bouquets.

256 should only be used inside your own network for cards that are being read in Oscam, where the server is CCCam. Some use this trick also with VPS server, but this is questionable as it is in reality a further hop away, and thus being fair should appear like this.

What your problem, you are racist ?

Introductions - note the sticky at the top of this section that states "English language only"
    http://linuxsat-support.com/in…nglish-language-only.html

So - Although at the minute it is not part of the main forum rules, we do request posts to be in English. For the most part, the staff will, rather than delete posts that are not in English, translate them with Google translate, and point out this request.

It is a fact that more people understand English than any other language, and it is a fact that there are more members here where English is their first language than any other. nano has no need to defend himself. To suggest his post amounts to racism is ridiculous, and considering this is your only post, apart from your introduction, I suggest you stick to posting useful posts in the future. I think nano is entitled to the odd banter post considering he is one of the most active members in the forum with some of the most useful posts.

What is all the fuss about? If all you want out of this hobby is to get sly UK for cheap, then maybe you should actually consider getting a valid sub. For everyone else, the storm is merely a light shower.

Not too much info to go on - when you say downloading are you downloading settings or doing a scan? Please explain what type of dish configuration you have, and let us know the settings in menu/setup/service searching/tuner config

Anyone no how to get all the ***box office on solo2 I've have the OpenVix image on it
    Thanks

I am reading this as you thinking that it would be possible to be able to clear all of the box office events at all times.

If I am understanding your question correctly, then the answer is no chance, unless you want to order all of them all the time and pay a small fortunebeer10

Apart from this, if you are set up correctly to update the entitlements in your receiver/server, then you should be able to order events if you are a sly subscriber, and get the EMM. Popular opinion is now of the stance that it is unwise to update entitlements in the original receiver if you want to use your card outside the receiver again.

Are you getting glitching on your local card? If so, post here some output from your oscam logs while you are on a UK pay channel - (might as well just grab if from web interface) - post it here and delete of course the sensitive bits (names of peers etc).
