How do I save my favourites to USB in case anything goes wrong?
It took about 2 hours to set up favourites.
Also for some reason I changed from MGcamd to CCcam last night and when I got up today my channels were scrambled.
I can't get either to work now.

The problem is that only one recording happens, even hours apart. Also I cannot set the timer for the next day as error comes up.

I am using kd p9000e hd build 30th march 2013.
If I use the software you suggested will it keep my favourites?

After doing a full scan of all tv and radio channels I saved my tv channels into the 8 different favourites on my Openbox X5. When I press the tv/radio button on the remote it fails to switch to radio channels.My second problem is that when after viewing teletext on RTE the only way I can go back to tv mode is by pressing the standby button.Any fixes?*****

I downloaded this to Winrar & then extracted it to my USB flash, but when I inserted it into the receiver it said no readable media found.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I'm wondering which TS Panel do I need for my Vu+ Duo as I need to add one.
I am running Vix 2.4.96

Very limited so.
Why put in all these timers when there is no software to back it up?
This receiver badly needs a firmware update.

Whenever I set two timers on Openbox X5 the first one tapes fine and when the second timer is due the receiver just changes to the correct channel to record but the recording never starts.
Anyone had issues like this when trying to record on this receiver?

Is it possible to load a bouquet list to Openbox X5 for Entertainment, Movies, Sport, etc...?

I tried it in CCcam, but no good.
It worked in Mgcamd.
Up & running.

I must be doing something wrong.
I unzipped the file, & selected it to open with notepad & then I copied my line of code from my server & pasted it into Notepad.
I was then prompted to save this in the E Drive which is USB.
I did that & tried it on the receiver, but the receiver says "fail, cannot open file."
I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

I tried installing a Ccline for Openbox X5, but it is not working.
Could someone provide me with a Cline zip folder to download to my USB please?
I understand that this is the best way to do this.

I'm looking for a Full HD Twin Tuner Receiver With No Add Ons.
What I'm looking for in the receiver is ability to add a CCam, have NO youtube, iptv etc.
And ability to record via HDD.
Just a simple receiver really.

Blackhole 1.7.3

I decided in my foolish wisdom to try an Openvix image & now the box is on starting mode showing a green screen intermittently.
I think I need a bootloader first & then the Blackhole image.
Could anyone point me to links to download these two zips?
I think these are the correct steps to take: Bootloader first from zip, then the Blackhole 1.7.3 image.

Unfortunately my TS Panel has disappeared too.

I woke up this morning & turned on my Vu+ Duo receiver, only to find that my CCCam 2.3.0 for blackhole 1.7.3 was missing from my receiver.
Could anyone give me a dummies guide in plain english, step by step, to reinstall this CCCam back into my receiver?
I downloaded Dreambox Edit & Bh1 Free Archiver, but I can't follow them.
