Just flashed on the new vix image and have been trying to install Ts panel 6.3,
i keep getting a message on the screen when i select add-ons from the menu,
Extensions/Tspanel (Bad magic number in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/Tspanel/_init_.pyo
this happens whether i install from vix panel or through telnet option,i have also tried older versions,always the same message
Any ideas?????
Why not upgarde your oscam to the latest version available to download straight onto your box from our server on Ts panel.This will re-install your CCcam at the same time.
Just back up your CCcam & Oscam configs before your remove the old version of CCcam & Oscam.Uninstall this via ts panel un-installer.
Then download the latest version of Oscam/CCcam and FTP your configs back onto the box,restart the cam. All done!

If the box keeps crashing the best thing to do is to re-flash the image back on,when you have done this map your hard drive again and then restore the back-up you have made on the hard disk.
This should return your box back to normal.

Why not start here, you need to learn the basics before looking for the heavy stuff.This is a excellent tut.
If you made a full backup to the HDD in your Duo it will have been saved in two locations,FTP into your box and goto the HDD folder,you should see a folder ""fullbackup....." but there will also be a folder called "backup" in here is replica of the full backup that you made.
I would have never done it without help though. Isn’t that what this forum is all about????

Do you mean how to setup port forwarding in your sly router??? the ip addy of your pc will have already been assigned,if you want to make it static you can access the router and go into the connected devices menu,it will give you the option to make the ip address static for that device.

One thing you could check in the Setup panel in Dreamset;
Satellites .xml = /etc/tuxbox
Services.Bouquets = /etc/enigma2

Ok buddy the first thing to do is to remove "project valerie" from the duo and then see if that stops the box from crashing,to do this press the green button then the yellow,this will take you to the addons manger section,select addons uninstall panel,you should see project valerie listed there,remove it and then reboot your box.
Yes thats correct,the satellites.xml file is in /etc/tuxbox.
Are you using a channel editor? Dreamset is quite good and easy to use, or the easy option is to download the updated channel list directly to your box from our server on TS panel.
Just to be on the safe side buddy it would be better to update the bootloader before flashing on the latest BH image,it wont do the duo any harm if the latest version has already been installed.
Everything you need to do it is in the thread attached below.
The easiest way to do this is to use a FTP program like filezilla,access your box, then goto the HDD folder,in there you will see the "Movie" folder,this folder contains all your recordings,just download the recording you want to your desktop,the copy it from the desktop to your usb pen drive.

Hi,
I have only had *** since March this year and for various reasons I’ll be moving back in with the parents. I wish to continue my contract and was wondering if it is possible to have two *** systems setup at one property?? I know about multi room but due to the fact my contract is so new and that it will only be for about Months to a year I wish to continue mine. Am I right in saying that firstly I’d have to have a second phone line installed??

It is possible to move your account to your parents house, as for the phone connection, you will just need to run a cable from the existing socket to the box to and this will allow you to use the interactive services.

Had it running on sly for 8 months bud.
I'm using Infinity myself Minty,but did have Sly before that without any problems at all.I suppose if your local is sly then it might be better not to use their broadband service.Plenty of choice out there.

yes your spot on bud,it is a cb aerial on the back of the garage,not a big aerial by any standards,lucky to get out about 3-5 miles on a good day,it's connected to a midland 40 channel am/fm set.
It's a set i had from my driving days,still like to mess about with it from time to time.
