promo can you give a more detailed reply about the boxnation channel comment,did you bin cccam totally as a server on your setup?

Just want to give some feedback to how my last 2-3 weeks of setting up and building a PC linux server have gone.

The amount of help i have had has been overwhelming. forum users have rallied round and done there best to get me up and running and also gave me a basic understanding of how it all works.
Users like Andy |Ray Sea mouse and Pari especially have helped me setup my server, Pari who came on board 4 days ago after i had messed up all the work and Andy ray and Sea mouse had done, came in and guided me through it from the bild to the scripts to the updates to the configs. i now have a server running Oscam and CCcam ubuntu 64bit with sucsess.
My point mainly here is to not only thank everyone but also to say what a great forum this is.
It can be quite daunting,stressfull and frustrating doing something like this and this forum for me is the reason im still motivated.

I didnt for one minute think it would be anything other than me not knowing what im doing again lol.
Just though you might know whats wrong,all the configs are still there i can still get onto cccam server in webif but no ocam in webif and all boxes are not recieving.
I tryed that 755 command and it said no directory so i think ive done something when i was sending commands.

I tryed to do this thinking it might fix my wee problem with connecting and I've now lost all oscam . Scrips config are still there in server and cccam can still be got at but can log into oscam. I'm so frustrated .

just to add to that i managed to get n line hd channels to come on for 10 secs but then went off.

Anyone fancy having a look on team viewer for me before man city game starts to try and get the local card working??

Just relised I'm running only my mates n line now and my sly card is no longer reading my sly card which is a nightmare

Hope i do right putting this here, here goes.

I have my pc server 64 bit ubuntu running a sly uk card through omnikey 3221 .
I have my friends N line which im sharing and also running as a 2nd card if you like for my server , reason i done this was because he has boxnation , primrtime and hd channels and i dont.
Problem i now face is the server is running his channels before mine on everything and his are no where near as fast as mine and there do freeze sometimes if heavy use.
is there anyway i could get my card to be the daddy and his to just work for the channels that my card dont have?

Get what your saying but will see how i get on now ive done it this way.
its working at the moment with no problems but must admit ive had a awful lot of help from tenbelow and a user called andyray who has really helped me out.
Your probs right though think ive jumped in the deep end without any arm bands.lol

if someone wanted to share my card ie swap theres with mine and i wanted to reshare there cards with there permission what would be the best and secure way to do the line?

so i dont use the same user name and password and port number for all my clients?

after over a week of looking for info on how to share from my server i give up.
i get the basics mostly and have managed to connect one of my internal recievers but cant connect the 2nd reciever.
Do all the c lines i give out have the username and password that i set for oscam and cccam ?
i dont understand how i would manage my family and friends lines if there all have the saame line how ill i know whos who?
or am i missing the point?
