I did exactly that entered it manually and its not coming up, it shows signal strength and quality but when it goes to tune comes up with (0) channels, so am also trying a Blind Scan function ??

All channels found here on my DM800.

Working here, HD is more like a middle point between SD and HD :D

MENU= MANUAL SCAN = PRESS GREEN BUTTON TO ADD NEW TP = ADD 11345 H 27500 = START SEARCH = SAVE CHANNELS FOUND.

the only other thing i could suggest is you make sure MODULATION located just under polarization in that same manual scan screen reads this:

MODULATION = DVB-S QPSK

should'nt think dish size will be a problem but i'm using a channel master 1.2 mtr here in N W Wales.

Really funny that tested tonight for the first time and al is working may be worth you deleting the new channels that are not clearing and trying again as i'm pulling all the new ones in and clearing them all.

The software on my box is on here in the spiderbox section posted by me.

Hi Jono,

I tried this and i know how to get into menu ie inputting channels have done many times lol but still nothing, as i say after doing all this it does show signal strength and quality but finds 0 channels , dont know what to try next ?
