Cs studio CCcam provider ID problem

hi everyone this question has got me pulling me hair out and its annoying me as i dont know what shares ive got.

in easy config and cs studio my shares are coming up like this well nearly most of them. ive tried putting channel list and provider list in to my
server loads of diffrent way automatic upload and putting in to var config manual.

can anyone shed some light on this id be over the moon if anyone knows the score.

you need to fill in abit about what setup you have so that we can see what receiver you have...
edit you profile...
do you have CCcam.providers & channelinfo where your CCcam.cfg is?
open that and see whats in there..

im no expert but in cs studio if u hit the servers button and hit each 1 individually ul see wat each server has and amount of shares for each provider,

Like Gaz says - which line do you see in your cccam info page under 'active clients'? (ie. user 1 where it doesn't tell you the channel name or user 2 where it says 'Crime +1'

my setup is ubuntu 10.4 lts server i have everything where it should be in cccam config

but it just wont show who my providers are on some of my shares and its quite annoying as i dont no what i have more or less ofbb960defcb34fc4d8855be5.png

I may be wrong, but is it possible CSStudio needs the channel and provider lists within the CSStudio installation and doesn't use the ones Cccam uses on your server?
The only reason I say this, is CSStudio can auto update these files when you click the check for updates, and I don't think it has permission to change the files on my server.

you are the man i tried to update with cs studio but with no success but i went in to cs studio files in c: drive and updated the channel and provider info manually and hay presto ive got it working champion thankyou for your help im over the moon
