Tuner lock time out

hi all, i have a vu solo 2 running the latest vix image

my set up is

Tuner A straight to 28.e lnb

Tuner B to a switch then to 13e and 16e lnb

my prob is when i run cross epg i get the error "time out for tuner lock"

to run cross epg successfully i have to tuner b set to "not configured"

ive tried setting the preffered tuner to tuner A but as had no effect, any one got a work around

just tried that way mckee and getting the same result, its working fine for autobouquets that pick the correct tuner

sorted it i had 28e also running through my switch for when i wanted to record and watch another channel, i have deleted this and its now working

Are you not able to connect a 28.2 signal wire to the diseqc switch?

it is connected to the switch but i have had to take it out of the config for it to work, dont really matter as i dont record and watch another channel much
