Hi. Not sure if this is the correct thread. My octagon sf8008 is crashing when I'm on Iptv (not on free view). I seem to have narrowed it down to when I'm on an iptv channel then I change to another iptv channel. Not sure if the log in photo helps or I need to send the full log from somewhere. Thanks.

That picture is very unclear. You can barely read anything. You would be better off uploading the crash log. You will have to transfer it from your receiver to PC first. It's in /home/root/logs/

If it doesn't mention skin error, post it in the relevant image/plugin section.

Can't you not zoom in?? On 1 line it says error plugins. Extensions.Kiddac.C_skin_e2essentials. Task.........

KiddaC , no problems here with kiddac skin essentials even on openatv 7.5.1 or 7.6 beta.

Only problems I have ever had is when using a vpn some servers don't work when scraping channels .

but I have ones that do work but never ever have I had a crash .

KiddaC , small problem on slyk-1080-r19 if you have for example paused and are in timeshift and go to other channel normal question will come up do you want to leave timeshift but you need to select yes or ok twice . tested on onyx and mertix hd no problem with those only need to press once.

Yes hope Abu can help you maybe just a vix skin thing because I do not know off a grid option on openatv versions.

The file is here:

OpenATV has a Grid EPG too. There are many EPG screens. Grid EPG is one of them. See screenshot of it with the user file being used to adapt it. I have highlighted the change in red. Pity there is little chance of making it into official skins even though it won't affect anything else.

We dont have RDS in UK, so no way to test. If my memory serves me correctly I thought I actually removed that RDS screen.
