P.s. and with reguards to crypto I was still installing enigma2-plugin-skins-slyk1080r19_2.31.20250119_all from my ipk folder and had not changed to enigma2-plugin-skins-slyk1080r19_2.32.20250208_all

I should have removed that ages ago and installed from feed .

I’m using Slyk Q on a Vu+ Duo4K. The front LCD panel wallpaper on the box is blue like the skin. How do I change it to a black background like in the picture IMG_5804.jpgIMG_5802.jpgwithout changing to a different skin?

Display skins have nothing to do with Slyk Q skin , you should check plugins display skins

and on openatv display skins stored in /usr/share/enigma2/display you can edit colours in the skin files but better to make backups first.

Display skins do make a difference on my box. When I select any skin other than Slyk Q the background reverts back to black on my LCD front panel. Any ideas on what to edit?

well sorry but it makes no difference i just installed slyk q and it does not alter my display skin and i just use default with picon. And as I mentioned using openatv.

You can try changing that to yellow and see if it goes yellow.

Thank you so much for your help. The fix was simply changing to color=“black” on the ID=“1” section. Might be something to change in your future updates of the skin so that the LCD display doesn’t show an annoying blue background. Black is so much cleaner imo

perhaps but as I said i installed slyk q to try and there is no problem on openatv with gigablue uhd quad 4k pro. the background is black.

was wondering if you could help out a little please

if i have a recording in progress and go to file list and try and delete the program that is currently recording, i get this message:

without an option to delete the recording

(deleting completed recordings works fine)

my previous post here i was using the edited version of choicebox.py which didn't have an issue but did have other niggles

currently i am using unedited choicebox.py with openatv 7.5.1 with the above issue

Is It possible to make additional skin for X-Streamity or XKlass
Through it is choosing the movie poster instead of the movie names

Or give us the widget for the appearance of posters with the names of movies
