I have the one with HDD enclosure to take off the cover and then put it there with the cable provided , and to inform u i had been operating the box wothout hdd from last 2/3 years and had been using multiboot images on the other slots open atv pure e2 open pli amd the issue occured with pli image and before the issue day earlier box took time to boot. Now pls guide ahould i try with mmc zip image by unzipping open vix image ? On various usb sticks ? Pls confirm but the box show only AIR logo no booting no flashing Thx for reply

use the EMMC image unzipped and you may have to try quite a few times. Were you using a usb HDD and can you say where you had the epg saved?
If you have a HDD installed now disconnect it before attempting to lfash. You may have to try numerous times and use different usb slots.

Ok sir no hdd was installed intrnally or externally , epg might have been saved in flash and i have only 3 sats so not much data and also i dont use any iptv

If the box doesnt show boot in the LED section then most probably your eprom chip has become corrupt and that is needed for the base bios for the boot sector so if no boot shows then you wont be able to flash the box at all ! a full usb recovery image might be able to fix the eprom chip but not 100% it works all the time.

Yes tried number of times various images various usb slots it just struck on the AIR logo presumably dead or in comma any ways thx folks of your time

Download the correct recovery image for the zgemma h7 and then using a usb stick with the zgemma folder on it put it in the back bottom usb port and when you are powering up with the white button at the back make sure you are pressing in the little black button in the front flap in the top left corner ! if it works and the box can see the files it should give you a led message maybe flsh or reco only then can you leave go of the little black button at the front

Another system
Hold down the red button on the remote and turn on the power. You must release the red button on the remote only when the word UP appears on the front panel...
Insert a USB renamed HDD and it will appear in the Android menu on the box, along with the USB with the Zetagemma software inside.
You must unzip a software of your choice onto the USB, which you must rename as HDD, otherwise it won't be visible.

Hold down the button inside the top left door and power it on.
It will do this.
But you need a USB drive with the Zetagemma software inside.

But Zgemma H7 S is not andriod compatiable H9 may be anyways will give a try

It's up to you whether you want to enable multiboot or have a single partition.
If you use
openpli-9.2-release-h7-20260517_usb.zip
it's for a single software without multiboot.
But if you want multiboot and want to add more software in the near future, use
openpli-9.2-release-h7-20260517_multiboot.zip

I told you the correct file is EMMC on Openvix. If you go to Vix downloads you will see what I mean. other images may not have a recovery version.

Thx all the friends who had responded , its a goner nothing happens , No booting no flashing , Its passed its life span Conclusion - Never Buy Zgemma , i have seen others also suffer Again thx all 🙏
