Firstly I'm a great supporter of this site. It has been a very good place to learn and share things all about satellite TV.
I saw a rather disturbing "Trashed" messages(s) to attempt to get a reply from World of Satellite.
I've become wary of resellers who are quick to take money but slow on pre-sales or post-sales support.
In the trashed message after multiple times of asking if I could get information of an expensive VU+ receiver which would work in the USA, no replies.
One reply mentioned that they "would look into it"
I'd like to say that instead of trashing, it Could have been moved. It's a good thing that WOS did respond to the message finally.
Basically the message said that they try to contact the manufacturer and they do not return messages.
It this what we expect for items that we purchase?
Can you blame me for being wary? Things from Europe and Asia do not ship fast lately.
I would like assurance that a top seller here could provide fast and accurate support with at least manufacturer support.
Or are they buying pallets of their receivers from Ali Express or some other middle man?
Come on guys! Trashed?
Several people 'over here' have asked me what I think of the VU+ receivers. I even regret finding out that my ZGemma H7.AC (USA ATSC Tuner) will not do things it is supposed to do.
The reseller here replied about the same "I'll look into it"and "No reply from the manufacturer yet". But they took my money rather fast.
So, Master G and the other guy. Where exactly should I have posted my apparently stagnant unanswered question when I couldn't get a response from the seller?
With ALL due respect.
Hmmm?
