If you mean DVB/SX - multistream, then yes it dose, and it works well.

The tuners on the zgemma are fixed and are not fbc
Multistream and fbc are 2 different things as well.
What is it you want the tuner to do exactly?

Okay so you want a FBC tuner and a unicable lnb to enable the use of one box as a server connected to several other boxes on the same network.
Then your only choice is a Vu+ or a gigablue receiver with fbc tuners

Put the box into standby then try the channels on the mobile phones.
To view channels on the receiver and stream to two other devices at the same time you require a triple satellite tuner.
I believe your receiver is triple tuner, but 2X SATELLITE DVB-S2X & 1X HYBRID DVB-C/T2.

I can watch something on my H7 via my normal TV, while...
...on my home network I am watching another channel via streaming (using my mobile and DreamDroid)...
...and then, on top of that, I am watching yet another channel on my laptop, via WebIF, using VLC - but it has to be on the same TP as the channel I am watching on mobile phone or tablet via DreamDroid...
