Are you testing with the same wires? I.e disconnect Box A, connect Box B to same wire.

Yes but the result is the same, now the same wire is split into two separate wires through a hub and both connected to the tuner.

if it was me
id connect 1 LNB @13e to zgemma
even a temporary dish
making sure it's aligned straight @13e
i would even consider using a fresh image ie OpenATV
see what result i get
if same
contact Zgemma
or send it back
-
You are not meant to split satellite cables. What is this hub you mention?
-
Can somebody with the same receiver try a scan of 13e and see if there is a problem.
-
That’s all the trouble is that I don’t have a chance to test on another antenna.
However, other tuners, as I have already written from this antenna, collect channels normally, just as the antenna and heads work well.
Is the cable connected directly to one selected selector such as A or split and connected to A and B the result is the same

Another strange thing with the image OpenATV 6.2 from HotBird 13 finds 612 channels and with the image Pure2 6.6 from HotBird 13 finds 512 or OpenPLI 7.3 has already found only 476 channels from all four satellites (tv and radio together).
Maybe the search step is too large (resulting in low detail) maybe somewhere there is an option to choose a more detailed search. If such choices exist, where and what should be changed to perform a more detailed search?
-
you should update from opentatv6.2 to 6.4
-
де и что нужно изменить, чтобы выполнить более подробный поиск?
You need to enable network search.
-
and restart enigma2
-
What is the hub you are using for your signal wires? (Second attempt)
Please draw a diagram picture of how all the equipment is setup.
Is the satellites.xml file updated in your very old image?
Please try again with todays ATV 6.4 image. If there are any errors in the 6.2 image, nobody is going to fix it.

i assume your using
4 Way Satellite Diseqc Switch
because the smallest of info you give show's 4 sats
use the cable from 13 east and connect to zgemma 9
even if you have to use the switch
remove the other 3
single to test
then add other sats 1 at at time
we got no idea what your using
how your using it
how it's setup
eliminate the problem one step at a time
the switch maybe the problem ( the hub as you call it ) ( what is it )
the way the switch ( hub) is setup
how can anyone help you if you don't give information as to what your using
your the one with the eyes
no one else can see

i tested with a
2 Way DiSEqC switch
and if i set like this
i find the same as you
if set like this
i get all channels
-
Thank you so much for the help and advice, once again the DiSEqC changes, the tuner has finally found the Polsat and Canal + packages. Everything is fine now. Thanks for the help.
In picture my tuner's one of the heads (LNB) settings, according to which channels are already found during the search.
The problem appears to have been in the DISEQc setting details. According to image by default no one works normally, you have to readjust everything.
By default image adjust, nothing works normally, you have to readjust everything.

Is there a reason why you used advanced mode instead of simple?
