Not sure if any of the gigblue stb's would be sutable they have SAT>IP but I think it only works with satellite

I would say not quite the same as Sat>IP, but anyway I downloaded two bouquets via open webif and i can opened one with vlc player needed to run another vlc to run other channel but both were playing at same time.

I was looking at this one yet I couldn’t find any information if it’s going to work like I think it should
Something to bear in mind is you will want a box that can do gigabit ethernet to support multiple high bandwidth streams.
As per my understanding, it is a hardware limitation (Tuner) and it will be there regardless of which brand you are going to use, you can stream all channels but on the same TP, so more tuners means more channels with different TPs.
