Yes indeed, telnet has no password ftp is dreambox but openwebif works not.

If I try to enter openwebif using firefox or chrome, it only shows error message.

if the signal finder is getting a signal locked

means the tuner is working.

No, you need as well the correct drivers for the sim you use, not only the SSL... otherwise it will not work.

I put usb drive but the plugin didn't detect it in this plugin. But in mount manager i can manage it?
