Bouquet Maker Xtream - IPTV Bouquet Maker (new 2023)

    those having problems with updates, whether manual or automatic.

    What type of playlist. Xtream, External, Local

    What type of streams have you selected. Live, Vod, Series

    And have you changed anything else like ordering of lists.

    So lets talk out loud while I am testing updates.

    I just created bouquets from 3 players. Xtream one which includes live, vod, and series - full lists.
    Not that you should ever do this. You are meant to select what you want. Not all.

    External one. And a local m3u8 file

    Bouquets are made. So easiest way to test is to delete all these bouquets in /etc/enigma2/ and the refs in bouquet.tv and run a manual update.


    So I have deleted the bouquets.

    Series takes a while... i know that.... :clock:


    and you cant exit out of these screen while they updating. As they not background processes.

    Ok all the bouquets got remade on update. Xtream, external and local.

    refs are correct in bouquets.tv

    userbouquets were created. Which match the refs above.

    the subbouquets refs are fine.

    and subbouquets streams are fine and in the correct format.

    So manual update works for my playlists.

    So lets delete all the bouquets again. And try a timed update. My box is always on. So I never test in deep standby or off.
    Whats the point of setting an update time when you know your box is off. :hmmmm:

    All updated fine.

    Lets try in standby - it creates bouquets.

    All good.


    in fact no all good. My xtream line as marked it self as delete.

    something got a bit mangled there. Might just have been me, manually editing these file and forgot to put a line break after the last entry.

    KiddaC for some strange reason I Have been having problems not sure if it is autobouquetsmaker or BMX

    if i look in enigma2 folder ABM bouquets are updated at 07.16 and BMX at 07.10 but ABM is set to autoupdate at 07.00 and BMX at 07.10

    So it is looking like ABM problem

    so even though BMX has run ABM has run later iptv bouquets ate still in bouquets.tv file but bouquets are not displayed on screen i need to manually run BMX again I will try adjusting times to allow see if that helps.


    Edit: I installed older backup image then updated and now everything seems to be ok.

    I have a new IPTV provider. If I enter it, the screen stays dark and become Internal data gstreamer error.

    Neither live streams nor VOD work. Everything works with xStreamity. Everything worked with the old IPTV provider, but the new one doesn't work with the plugin. I've tried it many times, always the same problem. Any idea what the problem is?

    current version is 1.34 why dont you update in fact you may need to uninstall and then install latest because your version is quite old

    Thanks - I just saw that there is a new version. I didn't get a message from the board and I just check now and again to see if there is anything new. I have now installed the new one and will test it. Should I have uninstalled the old one first?

    it should be ok if you just updated some times there are major changes and KiddaC will advise to uninstall first.

    but you can test to see if it now works ok.

    I replaced the py file, but unfortunately without success. No update with 1.34...
    Everything works fine with version 1.25. DM900 Merlin OE2.5
