POST PICTURES OF YOUR TUNERS SETUP ALL OF THEM.....if you use 10 sats you should have 10 pictures. if you use 20 you should have 20 pictures.

Which satellites are programmed on the vbox?

For each satellite, which position number is being used on the vbox?

If you want help, please provide the information being asked to help you. If you do not upload the screenshots that Jensen asked of you or answer the questions being asked of you, we can only assume you are deliberately wasting people's time and do not really want to be helped.

On your receiver, please issue this command using putty/terminal/dcc and upload the ack the output it creates in /tmp directory.

Q: What V box ?

A: Primesat PR-1200 V Box with handset.

Q: What STB ?

A: Ultimo 4K.

Did you install/align the dish or did someone else do it for you?

If someone else did it, did they test it before they left?

Can you please get a list of the satellites and position numbers used for each satellite on the Vbox from them. Without this list, it is impossible to set your receiver correcttly. We can then compare those with what you have set in enigma2 (if we ever get the screenshots of the tuner configuration).

In essence we need to repeat what you did in 2014. Nothing has changed in setting up the tuner. Please do not play hard to get with answers, we are trying to help you.

What wire do you have in tuner f plug connection A? (This is top F-plug connection of tuner card in slot A)

What wire do you have in tuner f plug connection B?(This is bottom F-plug connection of tuner in card slot A. Tuner card slot B should be empty)

What wire do you have in tuner f plug connection I? (This is top connection of old style tuner card in slot C)

What wire do you have in tuner f plug connection J? (This is bottom connection of old style tuner card in slot C)

He had one FBC tuner card in slot A. (Tuners A-H)

He had one dual satellite card in slot C. (Tuners I&J)

Answer the question abu baniaz asked you about where the leads are actually connected.... so we can help sort the issue out.

Also it would help if you could use the command he posted earlier on,

Open a terminal session (putty) and issue the command and upload the file from your .tmp folder to the forum

a picture of a lead would mean nothing to anyone.....only you will know what each lead is connected to

You will have to physically look at your STB and its tuners and see what sat cable/dish is connected to what tuner and tuner port

As explained the command will get all of your tuner configs and write them to a text file named car123tunerconfig.txt

The file will be in your .tmp folder after you issue the command posted above.
