you will need to supply more information before anyone can even attempt to help for one thing what device

Zgemma h9 twin
when I enter the boot menu and want to flash an online image, instead of a menu of available images, I only have this, otherwise the receiver is functionally loaded with openatv, but why did this menu disappear

is bootmenu file on your hard drive because that is where mines is for zgemmah9combo
and file is called bootmenu_h9combo.conf
it contains,
Code
Display Moreimageurl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oe-alliance/bootmenu/master/zgemmah9combo/images # iface eth0 dhcp yes # # for static config leave out 'dhcp yes' and add the following settings: # #ip 192.168.1.10 #netmask 255.255.255.0 #gateway 192.168.1.1 #dns 192.168.1.1
I have edited the h9combo one to correct url for the h9twin but I am not sure if i have called it correct name I have called it bootmenu_h9twin.conf
Code
Display Moreimageurl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oe-alliance/bootmenu/master/zgemmah9twin/images # iface eth0 dhcp yes # # for static config leave out 'dhcp yes' and add the following settings: # #ip 192.168.1.10 #netmask 255.255.255.0 #gateway 192.168.1.1 #dns 192.168.1.1
not sure if this will work you can only try or perhaps someone has the correct file
