Menu ===> settings====> Decryption and parental control====> Common Interface settings if high bitrate support is set to high

Just one thing... reinstall the image, and DON'T INSTALL any plugin/packages, as on OpenATV it's built in now, as on OpenPLi, it should work straight without any extra plugin/software,

My openatv 7.4 fresh install on vu+ zero 4K.
Uninstall Common Interface package installed by default.
Restart the box.
Manually install of this package

in Egami image there is no need for any plugin the patch is inside the image and working fine ,but your card Is activated? Inserted your cam only and wait for initialization, then insert card.

Hi, at the moment I don't have the PC turned on but I did some tests recently and I found a way to make the CamNera and its Card work with only the plugin (ciplus for OpenPli 7) as installed I saw the Cam that started the initialization up to 100x100 and it works... on OpenPli 9.
that's why I find it strange, as I repeat once you install its OPEN ATV plugin (enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-ciplushelper_5.8-r2_all) and once you reboot the receiver it starts to inilize and when it reaches 100% after a couple of seconds you have the view, without doing anything else!
instead with the Egami image it is immediately recognised without any plug-in

The zgemma h7s has a problem with inserting the cam, remove the cover and check if the cam inserts correctly into the slot, usually it doesn't reach all the way and causes functioning problems.
only the WeCam has problems with the upper basin, the others like the Nera are perfect, I made a backup for Multiboot if you are interested in 3 soft Pli 9 Egami and ATV 7.5....only the old Zetagemma H7, one of the first that has problems with the slide, must be opened and the two lateral slides widened or filed.

OpenATV, OpenPLi already support CI+ (it's built-in), without the need to add any plugin/ipk or extra software, you can try the Tivusat Gold card Cam CI+, working on it.
Concerning the Black Cam, the CI+ keys used by Open images could be voided, revoked, blacklisted by it... rejecting their use for it.
