I checked creative and total for you delivered is 5,846.28 and that is £108.95. I also rang them but was left holding on. I can see your concern. The dark motor is good as well.
Thats odd, I sent an email as well and that has got bounced!!

Display MoreTM 2600 = Metal gears
TM 2300 = Nylon (plastic) gears
Dark Motor = Metal gearsThank you for your clarification. But it is impossible to find a brand-new TM 2600 to buy in UK. I browsed the whole web. TM 2300 M3 is only available, sorry.
I know, I tried, a few sites still list them as mentioned above, but I don't think they actually have stock and will just send a TM2300 M3.
I recently bought a brand new (old stock) stab motor (metal gears) from italy as I didn't want a motor with Nylon gears.I just have browsed online here:
http://creativesatellite.co.uk…nomate_TM-2600_Super.html
It is stated that it is available in stock for 69,95 pounds.
Do you think that they can substitute it for TM 2300 M3?
Many thanks in advance))
I don't think that company has a shop anymore and they only sell via ebay now, and the ebay store only shows the TM2300 M3
Now that is weird, you can add item to cart and get a delivery cost !!!

No worries. My bro lives in London for more than 20 years. He can manage to buy and collect for me. Thank you
The question is - is TM 2600 really available in stock of this Creative firm? 🤔
For what it's worth, if I hadn't found the brand new old stock stab motor, then I would have got the TM2300 M3 from WOS, I did ask them if they are any good and they said they have never had any returned and they have been selling them for a few years now.
WOS is also the cheapest for a TM2300 in the UK.

They do not have stock, the website is old and the shop does not exist now.
No. I searched everywhere and on the technomate website it only lists the 2300. Well I learnt something, did not realise it was discontinued. My dark motor has been up for years, about 10 and no problems.

Alsat also no longer exist, thus the Dark Motor is no longer available new either afaik.
I think the only options now for a new metal gear diseqc motor is a SkyRevolt, Moteck SG2500A or an Amiko DM3800.
Out of the 3 i'd prob go for the Moteck but they are almost twice the price of the TM2300 from WOS,
At my age I'd got for the tm2300!! but even in the old days I know the motech were good but pricey.
Display MoreYes from memory, the TM M3 has metal gears, (but i am not 100% sure) it will be fine on a 95cm dish and your VU boxes. The only STB's i have had issues with are the china STB's or clones and had i to change LNB to a low voltage version.
It has also been years since i messed with the little dish. These motors also have Usals, which is much easier to setup than diseqc
I've forgotten to indicate that I have multifeed on my dish: 4W, 4.9E,13E,19.2E all with Inverto twin IDLP 40 Premium LNBs that are in good quality service for more than 16 years. Would it be possible to use my multifeed with diseqc motor?
Thank you dear
Dear Scouser97, thank you for the link that you have provided to me.
Why do you need a multifeed on the engine? It will take all your satellites in its own way. You can install a circular convector or a C range next to the linear one, or better yet, a combined KUI S. I had one that worked for me.
That tm2300 is highly rated, whats your worry? And where are you located?
I live in Ukraine, and want to buy it.
Put combined si. -ku range.N

I've got an email from creative this evening with a statement that Technomate TM 2600 is no longer available for purchase. They offered me to buy TM 2300 M3 model instead. 😀

I've asked my bro to manage to buy Technomate TM 2300 M3 for me. As a matter of fact, avoiding of buying some used and old stuff for lower prices, for my nervous system sake. Thank you for your advices and recommendations 🤗

Dear Krezy, it seems to me that you speak Russian and firstly wrote entirely in Russian. Well, I speak it fluently, too. But prefer to use an English, as a tool of my conversation.
Well, I had a multifeed for 4 different satellites about 16 years on. And decided to upgrade my satellite dish with a Diseqc Motor to receive more satellites that I'm interested in at once. This way 3 other LNBs would be left as a spare ones, I suppose.
Secondly, frankly speaking I'm not much interested in C band satellites like Express and Eutelsat...Ku band is more than enough for me with my broad interest in its content. Thank you dear)
Hello to all,
My bro has received an ordered new TM 2300 M3 by registered mail from WoS this morning. It costs about 68 quids, including shipping. So I'll try to watch some new satellites, comprising Astra 1G 28.2E in my country 🤗
Thank you all mates, for your vital advices and suggestions regarding diseqc motor selection. It is really very appreciated indeed 😀
The further question upon its arrival in Ukraine would be - how correctly install and configure it at my two STBs Vu+ using protocols diseqc 1.2/1.3 or USALS? 🤔
USALS
USALS
Are there any tutorial or manual how to manage to do it with USALS?
Many thanks dear
USALS

The instruction manual should explain what you need to do.
But in simple terms go to http://www.dishpointer.com, enter your address and tell it which motor you are using (Motech SG2100 will be the same as the TM2300) and it will tell you what your longitude and latitude are, aswell as the dish elevation you need to set (the dish elevation and the motor elevation will be listed in the TM2300 manual though).
Then point the whole assembly at due south (use a compass), enter the longitude and latitude figures that dishpointer gave you into your stb in the tuner setup menu, and then move the dish to the closest sat to your due south (for me in the UK it is 0.8w).
Once you have found the sat that is closest to your due south, make minor adjustments (move the motor and dish on the pole they are mounted on) left and right to maximise the signal, then do the same with the dish elevation. Once happy you have the best signal, move to the furthest east and then furthest west sats and make sure you have good signals on them, if you do, then job done, and if not then go to back to reference sat (closest to due south) and make minor adjustments again as it isn't tracking the arc correctly (most likely the dish elevation is out).
Make sure your pole is as straight as possible.
Use a digital level and get it super straight.
Many people think it doesn't need to be perfect and end up with problems tracking the arc.
USALS
One more question. How to configure USALS at my Vu+ receiver menu?
