You need to delete them from the left hand pannel, not sure of the options, ill check when im on my own pc and let you know.

yep ive saved then wrote back to box, and yes i delete and edit on the left hand side, not the bouquets. even if i edit the channel name, it doesnt update on the box, not even after a reboot..
any ideas? lol

Does the location of your boquet on your box correspond to the location in the options in dreamset?
One thing you could check in the Setup panel in Dreamset;
Satellites .xml = /etc/tuxbox
Services.Bouquets = /etc/enigma2
f you regularly send in a list box, and it bouquet favorites and then in the settings included in the box-Allow multiple packages
